Research intro

The Department develops research activities in all the areas of the agricultural, food, environment and forestry sectors.

Research is carried out through the participation in competitive calls, at regional, national and international level and with public and private bodies and organizations. DAGRI has the highest number of European projects among all the Departments of the University of Florence.

DAGRI has a strong collaboration network with the territory, public administrations, the business sector, in different fields such as agriculture, food, forestry, manufacturing, etc.
